I totally see your point and we certainly would have emailed the people that we emailed accidentally but our list got blocked by Campaign Monitor so we had no way to contact you again :( I hope this explains our course of action.

You don’t think it would have been wise to email folks who were emailed accidentally and let them know directly? It wasn’t too hard for me to find this but I would have been a lot less annoyed to get two emails than to have to search it out and find this post. #1 reason that emailing folks could be important, email tends to sit around for awhile, that means that this blog post might not be the first thing I find when I click through to your twitter page or elsewhere.
